A little bit about us.





As an owner operator, we specializes in store fresh sushi and poke program for hospitals, corporate headquarters, government offices, grocery stores, and college campuses since 2016


We offer our customers a wide variety of sushi and poke bowls of the highest quality in convenient 'grab-and-go' packages, made fresh daily on-site by our experienced chefs.


All of our sushi bar locations are company-owned whereas our competitors are franchisees of a larger corporation, which usually includes restrictions that might not be able to make changes to suit different and unique local markets. We value staying small, staying local, staying true to who we are while adding values to our partners and communities we live in.

We believe our long-term success depends on our commitment to caring for our planet, supporting and engaging with local communities, while providing premium quality products at reasonable prices coupled with exceptional customer service, and continuous learning to better at everything that we do.

We strive to provide a diverse selection of sushi and poke bowls featuring local and sustainable ingredients, despite concerns about the short-term economic feasibility and costs of sustainability. We care deeply about sustainability and are taking initial steps to make our business more environmentally responsible.

The world Food Program estimates over 333 million people face acute food insecurity in 2023, uncertain where their next meal will come from. We are passionate about reducing food waste through operational efficiency and diverting excess food to hungry people. The global community must fulfill its promise to end hunger and malnutrition by 2030—we feel privileged to play a role in helping keep that vital pledge regardless of our small footprint.

We carefully select produce that is fresh, clean, and of sushi grade by purchasing items locally whenever possible. We believe this will help lower carbon emissions and contribute to saving our planet while also saving money.
